Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that we want to give each and every client the proper allotted time for their service. We realize that everyone's time is valuable and precious. Please arrive to your appointment 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the allotted time frame; however, to be fair to other clients it may be necessary to shorten your appointment. The price of the service will remain the same. Please understand that booking an appointment ensures that your time slot is set aside specially for you and denies someone else the slot. We require a credit/debit card to book an appointment. You will be charged 30% of the service fee at the time of booking and pay the rest after services are performed by cash, credit or debit card. We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to give 24 hours notice for cancellation will result in a cancellation or no-show fee of your 30% of the service fee. Failure to cancel a scheduled appointment can result in a charge equal to the full price of the service booked.
